How can I book an executive transfer?

You can easily submit your request via our online booking form or call directly for urgent requests in the Amsterdam region. For regular corporate clients, we offer the option to book via WhatsApp or email.

Do you provide transport outside Amsterdam?

Yes, we provide exclusive executive travel throughout the Netherlands and to international destinations like Brussels, Antwerp, and Paris. Our chauffeurs specialize in long-distance journeys with a maximum focus on your comfort.

Do you offer corporate account billing?

Certainly. For corporate clients and frequent flyers, we offer customized monthly billing with a business account. This simplifies the administration of your executive transfers and roadshows.

Are the rates inclusive of VAT and parking fees?

Our rates are fully transparent. All quoted prices for our chauffeur services include VAT, parking fees, and the first 60 minutes of waiting time for airport transfers.

How does the Schiphol Meet & Greet service work?

Your chauffeur monitors your flight and welcomes you at the official Meet & Greet in the Schiphol Airport arrival hall with a professional name board or tablet for a seamless arrival.

Which vehicles are used for the service?

We drive exclusively with the latest models of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Mercedes-Benz V-Class. All our vehicles are in immaculate condition, smoke-free, and equipped with luxury amenities.

Are discretion and privacy fully guaranteed?

Absolutely. Our chauffeurs are trained in protocol and discretion. The vehicles feature privacy glass, allowing you to work in peace or conduct confidential conversations during your journey.

What is the minimum booking time for a chauffeur?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent trips to the Zuidas or Schiphol, please contact us by phone to check the immediate availability of our chauffeurs.

Are the chauffeurs certified and multilingual?

All our chauffeurs are CCV-D certified and speak fluent Dutch and English. They combine years of experience with a proactive attitude and excellent topographical knowledge.

Can I modify or cancel a booked trip?

We are highly flexible. Changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For shorter notice, we apply lenient conditions depending on the schedule and costs already incurred.
